Whether your pet is staying one night, one week, or longer, you can rest assured that your pet is in good hands. All dogs and cats are supervised by our trained, caring attendants who will monitor your pets regularly to make sure that their kennel is clean, there is lots of fresh water available, and that they are comfortable. We provide all necessary supplies; beds, food, bowls, and toys. However, you are welcome to bring your own.
Reservations
Boarding reservations are recommended, especially during holiday times. Our boarding kennels can accommodate all sizes of dogs and cats.
Check In-Check Out
Allow about ten minutes for admitting your pet. This will give us enough time to become familiar with his/her diet, medications, existing conditions and daily habits.
For your convenience you may drop off and pick up your pet anytime during our office hours. Boarding rates are charged by the day, so you don’t need to race after work to pick up your pet by a certain time. However, if your pet is picked up by 10:00 a.m. you will not be charged for that day.
Food
In addition to our regular food Science Diet, Hills Prescription Diet is available for purchase if needed.
Exercise
All of our dogs are walked outside individually 3-5 times daily.
Medications
If your pet becomes ill during his/her stay with us, he/she will be given prompt medical care. Any medication your pet is taking will be continued during his/her stay with us according to your veterinarian’s directions. All medications must be brought in with the pet in enough quantity to last throughout his/her stay.
Vaccinations
We require proof that the following vaccinations are current to protect all the animals that are staying with us as well as our employees.
Canine: Rabies, DA2PP, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, Influenza, current fecal
Feline: Rabies, FVRC-P, Feline Bordetella, current fecal
We offer all vaccines and decals if not current
We do not require a city license
